4 cloves of garlic

2 Rabbit

1 large onion

1 bay leaf

1 sprig of parsley

3 choricero peppers

2 tomatoes



Place the oil in a casserole with 4 cloves of garlic cut into slices.

When the garlic has browned, place the rabbit cut into pieces and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add 1 large chopped onion, 1 bay leaf and 1 sprig of parsley and simmer over low heat for half an hour.

Then add 3 choricero peppers, 3 spoons of pepper flesh and 2 large chopped tomatoes, cooking slowly for another half hour.
