INGREDIENTS

250 g lamb

Potatoes

1 onion

2 tomatoes

1 bay leaf

2 choricero peppers

Oil and salt

HOME-COOKED POTATOES (SERVES 4)

PREPARATION

Heat 9 tablespoons of oil in a casseroles and add 250 gr. of tender lamb cut into cube and a piece of chopped onion, once sautéed add the chopped potatoes and two peeled and chopped tomatoes, stir constantly with wooden spoon for 5 minutes.

Cover with water, add salt, 1 bay leaf and 2 choricero peppers or 2 tablespoons of pepper flesh. Cook over low heat.
